Flash Movie Player 1.5

Nowadays, Flash videos are everywhere and more and more media devices support this format. That's because Flash videos are small in size and have a fair quality, thus being ideal for the web. Even though Flash videos are quite popular online, not many media players provide support for Flash – and that is a problem. Imagine going through the trouble of downloading a Flash video, a very interesting Flash video may I add, and not being able to view it because your media player does not provide support for Flash. It is an upsetting situation.

There are, to my mind, two ways you could go about in such a situation. You could convert the Flash video file you downloaded to another format, a format supported by your media player. But this process takes a lot of time and effort and you might end up with a low quality video file. Alternatively, you could simply get a media player that provides support for Flash files and use that player to view the video.

A player that provides support for Flash is Flash Movie Player. It is a small, free, and easy to use application that provides all the functionality you would expect to get from a media player. You can play Flash files, pause and rewind, watch in full screen, or create playlists if you want to watch more than one Flash video. It even provides support for hotkeys, to make it as easy as possible to use the application. Not to mention the fact that the program is very simple to install and can run in most versions of Windows.

Flash Movie Player allows the user to take screenshots of the Flash video, which can be used as a desktop background, for example. The software allows the creation of playlists, for playing all the Flash videos automatically all by one.

Pros:
The player is very simple to use and can play SWF, EXE or Projector files. Besides that, it allows the creation of playlists. Furthermore, it supports configurable hot keys for quickly accessing the program's functions. Last but not least, the program can automatically extract Flash videos from the browser's cache.

Cons:
The interface seems a bit too simple and doesn't support any skins or themes.

Flash Movie Player is a wonderful Flash player that allows anyone to play Flash videos in the easiest way possible.
